ARMACOTE is a manufacturer of specialist coatings & linings for the protection of industrial equipment against corrosion, wear and erosion. Our range comprises of specially formulated products to cover a complete array of conditions varying from mild to extremely aggresive accross a wide temperature range.

These coatings and allied products find application in the refinery, power generation, water, sewage, defence and chemical process industries amongst others.

The ARMACOTE Product range includes glass flake modified polyester and vinyl ester high build solvent free coatings, xolvent free epoxy wear reistant compounds and high temperature resistant epoxy resin based products.

Typical items of equipment that may be protected include large steel storage tanks, pipe internals, sea water intake plants, water boxes, condensers, separator and de-aerator vessels, demineralised water containers and many other steel or concrete based units.

ARMAMASTIC

A two pack, high solids epoxy mastic that can be applied by spray or brush to steel substraites previouly prepared to ST2 (ISO 8501-1;1998). Steel services should be prepared by hand on tool cleansing to the above standard; howver better results are obtained by flash blasting SA1 standard. It is used to protect the externals of steel structures and has good resistence to water, sea water and dilute acids.

his isophthalic polyester based, glass flake reinforced, high build costing is designed for mild to moderately aggressiove corrosion conditions or attack from chemicals. It can be applied by airless spray equipment in one or more coats up to 1.5mm dry film thicknedd. It is used for the protection pf rig legs, riser pipes, riser protection frames, cellar decks, pipe and pipe racks, calssons etc

This is a two pack, solvent free epoxy based coating sytem for the corrosion protection oo steel process equipment handling corrosive liquids and slurries at high temperatures. It can be applied using heated 2-component Hydra-Cat type machines in one coat at 75 - 1000 wet film thickness. Very long service life is imparted to equipment coated with this product
